A long-time warehouse and transportation manufacturing customer came to Cross Road Centers with a problem they were having in another market. The customer’s 3PL provider was leaving the market and the customer was going to need a home for over 200,000 sq ft of product. The customer only had 30 days to coordinate the product to be moved to a new location or have a new 3 PL provider come in and begin operating the building. There’s only one catch...

The inbounds and outbound of shipments to customers could not be cut off as the customer needed a continuous flow of product in and out of the warehouse. Problem solved! Cross Road Centers relocated representatives to the area and began to negotiate a lease on the current building and also began to coordinate a near seamless transition from the previous 3PL to Cross Road Centers. The previous 3 PL exited the building on a Friday and Cross Road Centers began operations and shipping product in the building on Monday morning.
